The process revealed just how many  unexpected challenges come with renovations, managing contractors, navigating delays, and making design decisions without clear guidance. Through perseverance, the once neglected property was beautifully renovated, designed, and decorated, proving that with vision and determination, any space can be transformed.

That experience sparked the creation of Viicis Management.
